How does one become a part of the network?
A blog that wants to join the network send a request via email (for now you can use the address miglioraroma@gmail.com) indicating:
- a brief description of your blog
- the topics covered
The e-mail get a copy to all members. I shall evaluate the request and respond.
If the blog you are prompted to enter the network has not received any positive response, we can consider not automatically included in the network.
Internal procedure:
Each member shall vote against all others for the YES or NO (the latter, the reasons for it).
The Blog is accepted if it obtains 51% of the votes of the members voting.
who abstains from voting is considered 'abstention' and does not count for determining the majority.
